To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Return Conditions

- For health and hygiene reasons, we do NOT accept returns of used perfumes and/or unsealed cosmetic products.
- The customer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal, starting from the date of receipt of the item(s).
- You will receive a full refund including any paid shipping costs within 30 days after receiving the return shipment.
- The cost of returning the item(s) from your home to our online store is at your own expense.
- Return shipments are at the buyer's risk. This means that Amal Perfumes is not liable for any damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always ask for a Track & Trace code at the post office and keep it safe. We do not accept damaged packages.

Exceptions to Returns

- Products that have been damaged by the customer.
- Returns that are not sufficiently stamped.
- Products that have been made according to the customer's specifications.
